Products can be ordered online and paid for by phone. Please note that many of our larger items are available to collect in-store only.

If you wish to purchase an item from our website, please submit the form below and we will phone you to arrange payment.

We do not offer an e-commerce service, but instead allow our customers in the UK to place orders via email and telephone correspondence.

If you wish to purchase an item on our website simply click on the “ORDER BY PHONE” button on the product page which will redirect you to our Order Request Form. Please complete the form and click on the “SEND” button. We will phone you during working hours (Mon – Sat 10am to 5pm) to process your payment by phone. The postal address provided must match the credit/debit card billing address.

Orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an item is sold in store on the same day as it is sold online, we reserve the right to cancel the sale without liability. We will contact you in the unlikely event of this happening and you will receive a full refund if any payments have been taken.

Large or fragile items are available to order and collect in store only.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. All orders will be sent in unbranded outer packaging.

Postage and packaging costs will vary according to the product type, size and weight. All items ordered will only be shipped to the credit/debit card billing address. All postage and packaging charges are clearly marked on each product page.

This policy applies to orders placed online or over the telephone and not items purchased in our shop.

We offer a 14 day returns policy. We will send you a returns form via email when you place an order with us. Please phone or email us prior to returning your order.

The item(s) returned must be unused and in pristine condition. You may also return your purchase to our premises for a full refund or exchange. The Stone Ring are not responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). The customer is responsible for the safe return of the product(s).

For a full refund of the product purchase prices, excluding postage and packaging costs, please ensure that the product is returned in the condition it was sent to you and is packaged well so that it does not get damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if the product(s) are deemed as being faulty.

Please note that items such as CDs and Tarot Cards cannot be returned if the product seal has been broken or removed. In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.

Once the above conditions have been met, refunds will be issued within 14 days of returning your order. We will contact you by phone to process your refund. We only refund the money onto the credit/debit card used to pay for the order.

Deposits are non-refundable.
